About EGRE

EGRE International is an international real estate advisory and brokerage with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and across China.

As we continue to expand our UAE operations, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Consultant to develop our commercial property business in Dubai.

This opportunity is suited to an established commercial agent with strong market knowledge, existing industry relationships and the ambition to grow within an international brokerage.

The Role

You will focus on commercial sales, leasing and investment opportunities across Dubai, including offices, retail, warehouses, industrial assets and commercial investment properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Source commercial properties for sale and lease, building relationships with landlords, developers and asset owners.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and existing client relationships.
• Advise investors, business owners and corporate occupiers on commercial property opportunities.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate commercial terms and manage transactions through to completion.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of commercial listings, investors and occupiers.
• Identify investment opportunities, including income-producing assets and commercial portfolios.
• Work with EGRE's international network to facilitate cross-border investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial real estate experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record in commercial sales and/or leasing.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's commercial property market, pricing and transaction processes.
• Existing relationships with landlords, investors, business owners or corporate occupiers.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional, self-motivated and commercially driven.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Please note: This position is intended for candidates with direct commercial real estate experience in Dubai, rather than residential agents seeking to enter the commercial sector.
