Job Role
- Advise local and international investors on commercial property investments
- Handle sales transactions only no leasing or management
- Operate across multiple asset classes:
- Office buildings and office units
- Retail properties
- Warehouses and industrial assets
- Plots and development land
- Full buildings
- Off-market opportunities
- Understand investor priorities: yield, capital appreciation, redevelopment potential, and exit strategy
- Originate, structure, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end
- Build long-term relationships with high-value investors
- Act as a trusted commercial investment advisor, not a transactional broker
Non-Negotiables
- Valid RERA license (mandatory)
- Proven track record in Dubai commercial real estate sales
- Experience with offices, retail, warehouses, plots, and buildings
- Exposure to off-market deals is highly desirable
- Fluent in English (other languages advantageous)
- Highly presentable, credible, and professional
- Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and self-sufficient
- Effective in a fully remote setup
