We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a solid background in commercial property transactions and site selection across the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, knowledgeable, and networked individual to help shape the commercial expansion strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Site Identification & Market Research
- Identify and secure prime commercial properties for leasing, investment, or development.
- Conduct detailed market research on demographics, foot traffic, competitor activity, and economic trends to assess site viability.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and align with A1 Properties expansion goals.
Client and Transaction Management
- Source and maintain listings of commercial properties including retail spaces, offices, and industrial units.
- Conduct property viewings, pitch listings to clients, and facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants or buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
Project Coordination & Legal Compliance
- Manage the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from initial sourcing to final contract execution and handover.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws, zoning regulations, and licensing procedures.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain updated records on all property transactions, negotiations, and renewals using CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular reports on deal progress, market opportunities, and pipeline updates to management.
- Stay informed on new commercial developments, regulatory changes, and emerging investment areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, zoning, and commercial leasing practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Ability to interpret market data and conduct ROI and financial feasibility analyses.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property listing platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- RERA Certification is highly desirable.
