Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the

ability to build long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Candidates from

British, Chinese, or Italian backgrounds are preferred to support our expanding international client

base.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals.

Assist buyers and sellers in property transactions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed presentations to clients.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies.

Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.

Maintain and update client records using CRM systems.

Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Experience in real estate (Dubai experience is a plus)

Strong negotiation & communication skills

English fluency required; Mandarin or Italian is a strong advantage

RERA certification and UAE driving license preferred

Presentable, confident, and client focused.
