Cebron Financial Group is expanding its global real estate capital markets platform and is seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Finance Originators to source and develop institutional commercial real estate financing transactions.

This is a finance origination position only. It does not involve listing, leasing, marketing, or selling real estate.

We are seeking experienced professionals with established relationships with commercial property owners, developers, sponsors, investors, family offices, and other principals requiring significant real estate financing.

The Role

Originators are responsible for developing qualified commercial real estate financing opportunities within their respective markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Originate commercial real estate financing transactions, generally $50 million and above
• Develop relationships with property owners, developers, sponsors, investors, and transaction intermediaries
• Identify borrowers seeking acquisition financing, refinancing, construction and development financing, bridge financing, and structured real estate debt
• Conduct preliminary screening of prospective transactions
• Obtain initial financial, property, ownership, sponsor, and transaction information
• Work with the firm's real estate capital markets team to advance qualified transactions through the financing process
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of institutional-quality opportunities

Transaction Focus

The firm works across major commercial real estate sectors, including:

• Industrial and logistics
• Warehouses and distribution facilities
• Multifamily
• Office
• Retail and mixed-use
• Hotels and hospitality
• Data centers and digital infrastructure
• Other institutional-quality commercial real estate

Transactions may include acquisitions, refinancing, existing cash-flowing properties, construction, and new development.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate finance, commercial lending, debt advisory, private credit, investment banking, structured finance, institutional real estate, or commercial real estate development/investment.

Candidates should have:

• Demonstrated ability to originate commercial real estate financing opportunities
• Established relationships with commercial property owners, developers, sponsors, investors, or other transaction sources
• Strong knowledge of their local or regional commercial real estate market
• Understanding of commercial real estate debt and transaction economics
• Ability to identify credible sponsors and potentially financeable transactions
• Strong business development and relationship-management capabilities
• Professional English communication skills

This position is intended for experienced professionals with an existing network capable of generating significant commercial real estate financing opportunities.

Compensation

This is a performance-based origination position with no cap on earnings.
