JOB TITLE
Commercial Sales Consultant – Western Region
REPORTS TO
Regional Director Commercial Sales Manager
Duties & Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of client relationships, including acquiring new clients and supporting existing ones.
- Promote, market, and sell the full product portfolio within the assigned strategic sales territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to the local market to strengthen presence and gather insights.
- Collect, analyze, and report sales data to monitor performance against set targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring timely quotations and consistent follow-ups to close deals.
- Prospect and identify tender opportunities and manage the sales cycle accordingly.
- Collect and report market intelligence on new, ongoing, and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate and execute appropriate follow-up actions on generated leads.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek opportunities to acquire new customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
· Demonstrated success as a sales closer with a strong record of achieving targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Results-driven, with a consistent track record of exceeding performance metrics.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
