Accountabilities:
Leading and driving the performance of the Commercial Sales function by developing sales strategies, managing a team of property consultants, expanding the company's commercial real estate portfolio, and maximizing revenue generation across primary sales, leasing, and resale transactions.
Main Job Purpose:
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across commercial real estate segments, including offices, retail, mixed-use developments, and investment properties.
- Drive revenue growth through primary sales, commercial leasing, and resale transactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial property consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance against established objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and strategic partners.
- Support the team in managing high-value transactions and complex negotiations.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Oversee the acquisition, management, and optimization of commercial property inventory.
- Ensure the availability of quality listings across primary, leasing, and resale portfolios.
- Monitor pipeline performance and sales funnel effectiveness to maximize conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM records, sales activities, and client databases.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve productivity and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams to support commercial initiatives.
- Work closely with developers and partners to promote commercial projects and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of commercial policies, processes, and best practices.

Job Requirements:
- Education: bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or any related Field.
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and investment transactions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
