The Main Event: What You'll Drive, Build, and Own
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the property market, and proven leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay up to date on market trends.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure CRM and reporting tools are updated accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.
- Handle high-value client negotiations and close key deals personally when required.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Wiyyana
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in commercial real estate with a strong network of clients and brokers in Riyadh.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market and customer preferences.
