Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate Sales and Business Development teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor KPIs and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Coach team members through performance reviews and regular feedback
- Ensure CRM accuracy and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and L&D teams to align commercial strategies
Requirement:
Experience: 5-7 Years.
Experience in selling training programs is Preferred
Experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales
Must have a very good level of #Excel (IF and VLOOKUP)
English Level: B2
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Work Location: Sheraton, Heliopolis, Egypt
