UAE|Commercial Electric Mobility & Fleet Leasing
E Daddyis scaling its electric mobility and commercial leasing business across the UAE. We are looking for aCommercial Vehicle Leasing Specialistto support and grow our4-wheel electric commercial vehicle leasing portfolio, working closely with fleet customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- This is ahands-on commercial rolefocused oncustomer relationships, leasing execution, pipeline delivery, and TCO-driven solutions, supporting the achievement of E Daddy's leasing growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Grow and manage relationships withkey customers, delivering a value-added,TCO-drivenand cost-focused solution
- Develop, manage, and reportKey Account Plansthrough the sales pipeline
- Maintain and track all opportunities viaCRM, providingweekly pipeline and performance reporting
- Establish strong, professional relationships withkey decision-makerswithin customer organisations, in close cooperation with local partners
- Monitorindustry and market trendsacross assigned regions, partners, and key accounts, identifying global and regional opportunities
- Preparemonthly Key Account and Leasing Pipeline updates, forming an integral part of the E Daddy business plan
- Maintain and growecosystem partner relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, particularly forE Daddy Thunderbolt (telematics and data platform)
- Act as abusiness ambassador and leasing expert, driving new business, increasing volumes, and ensuring high partner satisfaction
- Support ecosystem partners withmarketing and activation activities, ensuring the brand is fully enabled to maximise commercial outcomes
- Prepareannual leasing budgets per market/partner, in collaboration with the Sales VP
- Work with OEM partners to conductTCO, category, and price-point analysis, optimising product mix, specifications, and pricing
- Resolve sales and commercial issues including customer complaints, pricing, profitability, credit facilities, payment terms, and Letters of Credit
Skills & Competencies
- Background inautomotive leasing, ideallycommercial vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels
- Excellent organisational and pipeline management skills
- Strong negotiation capability across pricing, terms, and contracts
- Ability to analyse sales data and financial metrics and translate insights into commercial action
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth
- Valid UAE driving licence
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Fluent Englishrequired;Arabic is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum5 years experience in automotive leasing
- Regional experience acrossautomotive and/or electric vehicles(cars, vans, buses retail or wholesale)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
