Position: Commercial Vehicle Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial vehicle sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry and market trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
