Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Supervisor to join our team in Mohandeseen, Giza, Egypt.

You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and achieving sales targets for our commercial vehicles division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them to generate new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial vehicles sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicles market in Egypt
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
