About the Role

We are also looking for a dedicated Commis 1, who will support theChef de Partie in preparing all food items across various kitchen sections, ensuring dishes are ready for in-house service or dispatch for delivery with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and standards.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards, ensuring efficient and consistent food service.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served following established standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines.
  • Comply with all statutory hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of kitchen equipment, stock control, and rotation procedures.
  • Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the management team.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen experience
  • Good in English
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Maintains all international standards of health guidelines for food preparation and safety
  • Cooperative and self-giving team player
  • Ability and willingness to perform under stress
  • Passes all required job-related tests
