About the Role
We are also looking for a dedicated Commis 1, who will support theChef de Partie in preparing all food items across various kitchen sections, ensuring dishes are ready for in-house service or dispatch for delivery with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards, ensuring efficient and consistent food service.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served following established standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines.
- Comply with all statutory hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of kitchen equipment, stock control, and rotation procedures.
- Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the management team.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen experience
- Good in English
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Maintains all international standards of health guidelines for food preparation and safety
- Cooperative and self-giving team player
- Ability and willingness to perform under stress
- Passes all required job-related tests
