Summary

Assist and preparing ingredients and cooking food items according to the recipe and standard to deliver quality of food.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard in the kitchen
Support the team during busy period and ensure timely service
Good communication skills
Ability to work in past-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
Knowledge on Chinese, Asian and Thai Cuisines
