We are looking for a dedicated and organized Commissary Chef to join our restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the commissary kitchen.
• Portion and package food for delivery to restaurant locations.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a commercial or commissary kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
