- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Indonesian Nationality (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Strong passion for food and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
