Summary-

As a Commis I in a restobar kitchen operation, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to food safety standards.

Job Responsibility-

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for menu items
  • Follow recipes and guidelines provided by senior kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Ensure all food safety standards are met
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
  • Support the kitchen team in any other tasks as required

Candidate Requirements-

  • Prior experience working in a kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
  • Understanding of food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
