Summary-

We are seeking a skilled Commis II to join our team and assist in preparing delicious dishes in our kitchen.

Job Responsibility-

  • Assist in preparing ingredients and setting up workstations.
  • Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure food quality.
  • Cook and plate dishes according to instructions from the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Help with inventory management and stock control.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience as a Commis II or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take directions.
  • Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift heavy pots or pans.
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
