The Role:
At The Ned Doha, we believe the smallest details make the sweetest memories. We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commis Pastry to join our culinary team and support the creation of beautifully crafted desserts in a refined, fine dining environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the preparation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards
- Support senior pastry chefs during daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry kitchen
- Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and quality standards with care and precision
- Learn and develop your skills within a professional fine dining environment
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and creative kitchen team
About You:
- Previous experience as a Commis Pastry in a fine dining hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, and baking
- A genuine passion for pastry and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team spirit
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
