Commission-Based Business Development Manager

Palm Board UAE is looking for an experienced, highly connected Sales & Business Development Agent to help us aggressively expand our presence in the UAE construction, interior fit-out, joinery and building-materials market.

This is NOT a traditional salaried sales position.

We are looking for someone who already knows the UAE market, has strong industry relationships, and is confident that their network and ability to generate business can translate into significant earnings.

COMPENSATION

No fixed/basic salary.

Instead, we offer high and attractive commission opportunities on:

• Sales of our PVC sheets and building materials

• New fit-out, joinery and carpentry projects generated by you

• New business accounts and project opportunities

There is strong earning potential with uncapped commission for the right person.

The more business you generate and close, the more you earn.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically looking for an experienced sales professional with:

• 5–10+ years of UAE/GCC sales or business development experience

• Strong background in interior fit-out, joinery, carpentry, construction, renovation or building materials

• An established network of contractors, fit-out companies, joineries, architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and procurement/QS professionals

• Proven experience generating and closing new projects • Strong understanding of BOQs, RFQs, tenders, quotations, negotiations and project sales

• Excellent knowledge of the UAE construction and fit-out market

• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to work independently and generate business without constant supervision

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills

• Valid UAE residence/own transferable visa

• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred

HIGHLY PREFERRED

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have a strong advantage:

PVC / WPC / MDF / plywood / HPL / furniture boards / building materials / kitchens / wardrobes / joinery / carpentry / interior fit-out / renovation / furniture manufacturing.

Experience working directly with small and medium-sized fit-out, renovation or joinery companies that outsource manufacturing is particularly valuable.
