Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Commission-Based Sales and Marketing Executive. The individual in this role will focus on creating effective market planning strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and identifying new clients. Responsibilities include initiating and maintaining customer relationships, promoting Highpro International's training programs, and achieving sales targets through innovative marketing strategies. The role enables flexibility and supports remote work arrangements.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to design strategies and analyze key market trends.
  • Proven skills in Sales to build client relationships and achieve targets, paired with comprehensive Marketing abilities.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for persuasive client interactions and seamless collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to targets.
  • Prior experience in training and educational services is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
