Job Description

Role Summary:

Lead and execute all commissioning activities for a Hydrogen Production and Ammonia Plant project, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient start-up from construction to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Review P&IDs, PFDs, C&E matrices, and vendor documentation.
  • Manage systemization, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
  • Oversee teams for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process commissioning.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractor, operations, HSE, and licensors/OEMs.
  • Lead troubleshooting, punch list closure, loop checks, DCS/PLC testing.
  • Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and handover dossiers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
  • 10+ years commissioning experience in hydrogen, ammonia, petrochemical, or refinery projects.
  • Strong knowledge of process safety, control systems, and start-up operations.
