Commissioning Manager – Offshore Topside Project

KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, highprofile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager who brings deep expertise in managing mega offshore EPC/PMC projects. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi and will then move to the Offshore Site Location 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off ( Rotation Cycle)

The Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all commissioning and startup activities for a major EPC/PMC project. The role ensures systems are commissioned safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mega offshore projects and strong leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Minimum Overall 20+ years of experience
• 10+Years in oil and Gas industry.
• Must have previous experience working in offshore projects - EPC or PMC.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Offshore projects preferably having Modular / Fabrication Experience is an added advantage.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
