We are currently recruiting a high-caliber Commissioning Manager for a major EPC project based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a strategic leader to bridge the gap between mechanical completion and final plant handover.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the overall commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Client and Project Director regarding commissioning progress and technical challenges.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed commissioning procedures, including functional logic testing, emergency shutdown (ESD) checks, and performance runs.
- Manage the recruitment and mobilization of the commissioning team, ensuring the right mix of expertise is available for each project phase.
- Lead the Pre-Start Up Safety Review (PSSR) process and ensure the final punch list is minimized prior to handover to the Operations team.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Construction teams to ensure Commissionability is integrated into the early design and build phases.

- Duration: 12 Months
- Reporting To: Project Director / Operations Manager
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Extensive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in commissioning
- Project Background: Previous ADNOC project experience is strictly required.
- Regional Experience: Extensive previous GCC work experience is mandatory.
- Language: Native or professional proficiency in English is required.
