Commissioning Site Leadto join a major EPCIC commissioning project in the Middle East
Your Role
Responsibilities
As a Commissioning Site Lead, you will play a
key role in ensuring the successful start-up of complex oil & gas facilities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supervising commissioning activities on site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing all on-site commissioning activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Coordinating between commissioning teams, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations
- Planning and monitoring commissioning progress, identifying risks, and proposing corrective actions
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting of commissioning activities
- Supporting system start-up, pre-commissioning, and handover to operations
- Promoting a strong HSE culture across the site
Profile / Requirements
- 1015 years of experience in commissioning within Oil & Gas / EPCIC projects
- Proven experience as Commissioning Site Lead, Commissioning Manager, or similar role
- Strong background in onshore and offshore commissioning
- Solid knowledge of commissioning, start-up, and system completion processes
- Leadership and team coordination skills in multicultural environments
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
