Job Description:
Ensure proper communication and alignment between the program and relevant committees, and facilitate the effective implementation of proposals, recommendations, and tasks, while monitoring and ensuring their timely execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Senior Committees Specialist, responsible for preparing meeting minutes, coordinating meeting logistics, securing signatures on official documents, and organizing dedicated sessions when required.
- Serve as a liaison between the program and committees, ensuring timely dissemination of instructions and feedback to the relevant departments.
- Conduct individual consultations with stakeholders to gather ideas and content for committee presentations.
- Coordinate with ad-hoc committees to ensure alignment with program objectives and support their operations and governance effectively and within timelines as directed by the direct manager and based on operational needs.
