Role Description
We are hiring Call Center Agents (Fluent English Speakers) for a full-time, on-site role supporting a leading automotive company. The role is based in October Motamiz, Cairo, Egypt with transportation provided.
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.
Work on rotational shifts and rotational days off.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
Fluent English level (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus.

Salary: EGP 25,000 Gross

Schedule: Rotational shifts with 2 days off weekly
