Communications, Engagement & Partnerships Officer | Geylang Bahru

Contract Period: 1 year

JD:

• Develop digital media content for social media channels, including posts, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform
• Create marketing materials such as videos and infographics to support outreach and education efforts
• Assist in planning and coordinating social media campaigns that promote the well-being of migrant workers and domestic workers
• Monitor and compile basic performance reports on social media engagement to support campaign evaluation
• Provide administrative support in maintaining ACE Group's communication channels, including messaging platforms and email newsletters
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as Capcut Pro
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in social media content creation or marketing is an advantage

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
