As the Manager Corporate Communication, you will plan, lead, and manage both internal and external communication strategies. You will collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to elevate the corporate brand. Your focus will be to ensure all messaging aligns perfectly with the organisational vision while overseeing media relations, crisis communication frameworks, and internal engagement campaigns.

• Develop and direct the implementation of communication strategies that align with organisational objectives
• Oversee internal communication platforms and channels to ensure clear, consistent, and creative delivery of corporate messages
• Lead external communication activities including reviewing press statements, public speeches, website updates, and social media content to ensure compliance with local etiquette
• Manage relationships with third party vendors and public relations agencies to maintain a uniform brand image
• Provide vital expertise in creating, maintaining, and executing robust crisis communication plans
• Supervise budget planning and monitor financial performance within the department to identify cost reduction opportunities
• Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to maximise performance and foster a values driven workplace culture

Discover the requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Bachelor degree in mass communication, business management, or a closely related field
• Minimum ten years of experience within a securities exchange, stock exchange, or a highly similar financial sector environment
• At least five years of experience in a managerial role with growing accountability
• Exceptional understanding of corporate brand management, media database management, and public relations practices
