About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Internal Communications Specialist who can transform HR messages into visually engaging and impactful content.
This role is ideal for someone who is design-first, with strong communication skills, not the other way around. You will play a key role in shaping how HR initiatives are experienced by employees through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality visual communication materials including infographics, presentations, newsletters, and digital assets
- Translate HR initiatives, policies, and messages into engaging, easy-to-understand visual content
- Support internal communication campaigns with creative concepts and design execution
- Develop and maintain consistent visual identity across all HR communications
- Manage and update content across internal platforms (intranet, email, portals)
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to bring communication ideas to life visually
- Ensure all communication is aligned with organizational branding and standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design, internal communications, or content creation
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Canva
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital content, infographics, presentations, and campaign visuals
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, visually engaging formats
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working in structured environments with multiple approvals and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Media, or related field
- Experience in corporate, government, or large organizations is a plus
- Familiarity with intranet platforms (SharePoint or similar)
