Communications Specialist-Part time

Our client is a leading MultiTechnology social media company. This is a part time role [20 hours/week] , open to remote / flexible set up.

Job Responsibilities

. Content Production

○ Support the end-to-end production of a short-form video interview series and ad hoc content shoots. This includes studio and vendor coordination, shoot-day logistics, post-production management, approvals, and delivering final assets optimized for social and digital platforms.

. Media Relations

○ Support earned media efforts across regional trade and industry publications. This includes maintaining media lists, developing pitch angles, drafting outreach, coordinating spokesperson interviews, and tracking coverage.

. Project Management

Keep the team's workstreams running smoothly by maintaining trackers, following up on action items, flagging blockers, and producing weekly status updates for leadership visibility.

Job Requirements:

• 4-7 years of PR agency or in-house communication experience across Singapore. Regional experience would be an added advantage
• Quick-leaner, able to take initiative and quick to action with feedback
• Strong media relations experience
• Familiarity with social media platforms, posting and measurement is desired
• Should be able to start immediately
