Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Associate located in Giza. The role involves providing exceptional support to community members, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include offering a high standard of customer service, addressing community inquiries, managing client needs, and contributing to a vibrant and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in Community Support and awareness of Community Health needs.
  • Proficiency in Case Management and coordination skills within a community-focused setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in community building or office services is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
