Your Mission: Energize PawPots in UAE
We're looking for a Community & Content Lead to become the face of PawPots on the ground.
This is not a typical social media role. This is a growth + brand + community position.
You will build real relationships, create authentic content, and turn everyday moments into brand growth. You are PawPots in the UAE offline and online.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Community & On-Ground Activation
- Attend and organize events, pop-ups, and dog meetups while actively engaging with pet parents and communities
- Visit vet clinics, pet shops, groomers, and partners to build strong, long-term relationships
- Represent PawPots consistently on the ground as the face of the brand.
2.Content Creation
- Create, shoot, and edit daily short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Capture real moments with dogs, customers, and the community, turning them into engaging content
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to fit the PawPots brand
3.Growth & Partnerships
- Identify and execute local growth opportunities through on-ground initiatives
- Build and manage partnerships within the pet and lifestyle ecosystem
- Support customer acquisition and share field insights with the growth team
Requirements:
- Based in the UAE
- 3+ years in content creation, social media, or community building (+ pet, food, or lifestyle experience)
- Strong content creator able to shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos.
- Energetic and comfortable engaging with people on-ground (+ events or brand activation experience)
- Able to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and fast execution
- Strong communication skills able to build relationships with customers, vets, and partners
- Familiar with AI tools for content creation and productivity (+ strong AI proficiency)
- Pet owner (dogs or cats) non-negotiable
