About the Role

We're looking for a Business and Community Development Manager who thrives in the chaos, excitement, and creativity of an early-stage environment. You'll be speaking to founders, real estate operators, HR leaders, sales leaders, people managers, and business owners, introducing Letswork as the easiest way to access workspace and reduce operational waste.

You'll move fast, communicate clearly, and help us lock in product-market fit across the UAE. This is not a run the playbook role. You'll help write it, test it, break it, then rebuild it.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full outbound and inbound sales cycle
  • Showcase value to inbound leads quickly and convert interest into commitment
  • Network with regional teams, from small scrappy startups to multinational enterprises
  • Design and host networking and community events that help grow brand presence
  • Qualify and disqualify decisively
  • Build pipeline and close monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene (Freshsales discipline required)
  • Provide detailed, structured feedback to help refine product, pricing, and go-to-market
  • Adapt quickly; test, learn, iterate
  • Help develop pricing, packaging, and sales playbooks
  • Manage competing priorities with speed and calm
