Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related administrative discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, particularly in business development and entrepreneurship initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Preferably has prior experience working in co‑working spaces, business incubators, and accelerators.
- Solid knowledge of entrepreneurship and business development fundamentals.
- Good understanding of operational processes.
- Proven sales experience and skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Skills in report writing and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience and skills in marketing.
- Experience and knowledge in partnerships.
