Community & event manager
Location: Nasr City, Cairo (Onsite, Full-Time)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overvie
wYou will be the backbone of our online events and community engagement. From planning webinars to posting on social media and analyzing performance, you will ensure every event runs smoothly and every community member feels heard. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and responsive individual who thrives on follow-through and attention to detail
.Key Responsibilitie
sEvent Planning & Executio
- nOrganize and prepare online events, including webinars, live Q&As, workshops, and panel discussions
- .Coordinate all pre-event logistics: speaker onboarding, platform setup (Zoom, Teams, etc.), registration links, and reminder emails
- .Follow up on every step of event preparation to ensure nothing is missed
- .Host or co-host live events, managing timing, troubleshooting, and audience engagement
.Community Managemen
- tActively manage and engage with our online community across platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups, or LinkedIn)
- .Respond quickly to member questions, comments, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- .Foster a positive, inclusive, and active environment
.Social Media Conten
- tPublish relevant content on social media platforms to promote upcoming events and highlight community wins
- .Create engaging posts (text, images, short videos) that drive attendance and participation
.Reporting & Analysi
- sPrepare post-event reports including attendance, engagement metrics, feedback summaries, and actionable insights
- .Track community growth and event performance over time; suggest improvements

- .High level of responsibility and commitment – you take ownership of your tasks
- .Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic
- .Fast responsiveness – you reply to team members and community members promptly
- .Ability to work onsite in Nasr City
.Nice-to-Have (but not required)
- :Previous experience in marketing, events coordination, or community management
- .Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom Webinar, Go To Webinar, Microsoft Teams)
- .Basic graphic design or copywriting skills for social media posts
