  • Key Responsibilities:

Community Management

Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and direct messages (DMs) across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.

Content Publishing

Manually publish or schedule posts, stories, and reels according to the marketing calendar.

Brand Voice

Maintain a consistent, friendly, and professional tone aligned with Loop KSA's brand values.

Sentiment Tracking

Monitor community sentiment and report recurring feedback, complaints, or emerging trends to the marketing team.

  • Requirements

Experience

12 years of experience in social media moderation, community management, or digital customer service.

Language Skills

Arabic (Saudi dialect strongly preferred).

Good command of English.

Platform Knowledge

Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms, including their interfaces and engagement dynamics.
