Community Manager

A financial services company is looking to hire a community manager who lives and breathes online communities and has a strong interest in trading and financial markets. If you enjoy building conversations, engaging with people, and turning online groups into thriving communities, this role is for you.

You'll be the voice of the brand across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and relevant platforms, helping traders connect, learn, and stay engaged with the platform. From moderating discussions and answering questions to running trading challenges, market discussions, and live Q&A sessions, you'll play a key role in shaping the experience of our global trading community.

You'll also share market insights, trading tips, and educational content to help traders improve their knowledge, while acting as the bridge between users and internal teams by collecting feedback, reporting issues, and helping resolve community concerns. As the community grows, you'll help drive engagement, support referral campaigns, and contribute ideas that make their community stronger and more valuable for traders.

The ideal candidate will be someone with experience managing online communities or social platforms within the crypto, forex or prop trading industry. You'll be comfortable engaging with fast moving online communities and have a creative approach to running discussions, events, and campaigns.
