Job Description

ROLE PROFILE

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, ambassadors, and local athletes to strengthen brand presence.
  • Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and photoshoots that drive engagement and differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Coordinate with store teams and ambassadors for product seeding, ensuring proper brand representation and high-quality image material for digital use.
  • Act as a brand guardian by managing community requests and maintaining an updated calendar of all community activities by tier.
  • Oversee community initiatives and store opening activities, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to brand standards.
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of community and marketing initiatives while supporting the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store ambassadors, store teams, influencers, and key community figures.
  • Engage and collaborate with local athletic communities and affiliated studios to strengthen brand presence and community connection.

Requirements

  • Diploma in business, Marketing or related subject. Bachelor's degree would be an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or event management.
  • Background in the fitness industry is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of community engagement and brand activation within the fitness or lifestyle sector.
