Position Title: Community Officer

About the Client:

A premier real estate developer specializing in integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across the Northern Emirates and Dubai.

Job Description:

  • Manage resident relations, complaints, and community compliance matters.
  • Oversee service charge coordination and support budgeting processes.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor FM vendors and SLAs.
  • Handle NOCs, reporting, documentation, and ARRA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering with facility management background
  • Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in a similar field (community/property management, customer service)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
