What you'll do
- Manage and grow regional communities across platforms such as Telegram and Discord.
- Plan and execute community campaigns to boost engagement and user growth.
- Monitor user sentiment and handle community issues or crisis situations promptly.
- Provide community data analysis and regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to enhance user experience.
What you'll need
- Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
- Experience in community operations within a crypto exchange (required).
- Proven experience in campaign planning and growth activities.
- Strong skills in sentiment monitoring and crisis management.
- Familiar with Web3/crypto community culture and strong communication skills.
