Community Relationship Manager

I am seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual, to fill the role of Community Relationship Manager at a young and inspiring organization based in Dubai. In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for managing the community engagement initiatives, coordinating the founder's schedule and administration, and overseeing stakeholders management. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, have a strong understanding of community dynamics, and demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Calendar Management:

  • Manage and maintain the founder's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Proactively follow up on meetings and execute necessary actions resulting from those meetings.
  • Prioritize and coordinate the founder's schedule to optimize his time and productivity.

2. Stakeholders Management:

  • Organize and update the stakeholders list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Understand the personal needs and preferences of each stakeholder and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with stakeholders, ensuring excellent relationship management and identifying opportunities for collaboration.

3. Investments and Impact Reports:

  • Prepare presentations and projects aimed at investors and securing potential stakeholders.
  • Generate monthly impact reports for each relevant stakeholder, highlighting the accomplishments achieved with their support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and information for the reports.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Process invoices and prepare thank you letters for stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of a quarterly newsletter for stakeholders.
  • Check in with stakeholders before major holidays, providing personalized greetings and updates.

5. Events and Delegations:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including trips and delegations involving the founder.
  • Manage logistics for meetings with key individuals from delegations, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
  • Arrange and coordinate birthdays and holidays gifts for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-profile individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Ability to understand and cater to the personal needs and preferences of stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demanding situations.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
