Job Description

The Companies Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with FMCG clients to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate/company accounts
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with procurement and decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new corporate clients
  • Conduct continuous market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends
  • Analyze sales data, customer performance, and market insights to develop growth strategies
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Monitor stock availability, promotions, and product performance
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare sales forecasts and account performance reports
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues efficiently

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 13 years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar role
  • Previous experience in Sales is required
  • FMCG experience is highly preferred
  • Strong experience in market research and competitor analysis
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented with strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
