The Companies Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with FMCG clients to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate/company accounts
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with procurement and decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new corporate clients
- Conduct continuous market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends
- Analyze sales data, customer performance, and market insights to develop growth strategies
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Monitor stock availability, promotions, and product performance
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts and account performance reports
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues efficiently
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 13 years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar role
- Previous experience in Sales is required
- FMCG experience is highly preferred
- Strong experience in market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented with strong commercial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
