Job Description
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals
- Develop and implement benefits programs, including, merit increase, AIP and LTIP
- Ensure compliance with all regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
- Analyze compensation and benefits data and provide recommendations to senior management
- Analyze and report on compensation data, including salary trends and employee satisfaction with compensation packages
- Develop and implement the job evaluations to determine the appropriate compensation
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition and organization design, to ensure that compensation strategies align with overall goals and objectives
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure that compensation programs are accurately reflected in financial statements and budgets
- Support OD & C projects as required from overall goals and objectives
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be strong in Compensation and Benefits with a good understanding of the technology sector. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required. At least 7 years of progressive experience. Master's degree is preferred.
