Role Description The Compensation Benefits Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits programs that support talent attraction, retention, and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job evaluations, benchmarking compensation structures, and ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. The manager oversees benefits administration, collaborates with HR and leadership to align total rewards with organizational goals, and ensures compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. This position also analyzes data, prepares reports and recommendations, and communicates compensation and benefits changes clearly to employees and stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Job Evaluation and Compensation Management to design and maintain fair and consistent pay practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits to manage and optimize the organization's benefits offerings.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and maintaining Compensation Structures, including salary ranges and incentive plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in compensation or total rewards are an advantage.
- Experience in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and using HRIS or compensation management tools.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex information clearly.
