Role Description The Compensation Benefits Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that support employee engagement and organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing salary structures, monitoring market competitiveness, and coordinating annual compensation reviews. The supervisor will manage employee benefits plans, ensure accurate enrollment and documentation, and serve as a primary contact for benefits-related inquiries. The role also involves analyzing compensation and benefits data, preparing regular reports for management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies, and collaborating with HR and finance to optimize total rewards strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits to design, review, and optimize total rewards programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits to manage plans, processes, and employee support.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret compensation data, benchmark against market trends, and prepare clear reports and recommendations.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with employees, management, and external providers.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional HR or compensation certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a compensation and benefits or HR supervisory role within an educational or service-oriented organization is a plus.
