Noventiq is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support validation of Microsoft-funded services and pre-sales claims before submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate claims against Microsoft program requirements and internal checklists.
• Review proof of execution (PoE) evidence, CPOR/customer association, activity records, delivery data and ROI narratives.
• Check documentation quality, uniqueness and traceability.
• Identify risks such as duplicated evidence, rushed engagements, fragmented activities or inconsistent delivery patterns.
• Partner with Regional Operations Centers and provide clear feedback on required corrections.
• Document findings, recommend actions and escalate compliance concerns when needed.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in compliance operations, incentives, claims processing, audit, PMO or deal desk.
• Strong analytical skills; confident user of Excel and/or Power BI.
• Ability to reconcile data, review evidence and spot inconsistencies.
• Clear written communication and ability to provide precise feedback to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a distributed international environment.

• Experience with Microsoft partner programs or IT services.
