Job Summary:

You will work closely with our Legal, Risk & Compliance team and alongside our commercial teams, gaining hands-on experience across the contract lifecycle and regulatory compliance. Interns who perform well may be offered a full-time position at the end of the programme, subject to performance and business needs.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Assist, under supervision, in drafting, reviewing and maintaining commercial contracts, including leases, service agreements and supplier contracts
• Support the tracking of contract obligations, renewals and key dates
• Help conduct compliance checks, due diligence, and KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) checks on tenants, vendors and partners
• Contribute to maintaining internal policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and regulations
• Research legal and regulatory developments relevant to real estate and summarize key points for the team
• Maintain accurate contract records and compliance documentation
• Support internal audits, reporting and ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in law, Compliance or a related field, completed within the last 12 months
• Previous internship or practical experience in a legal, compliance or contracts setting is an advantage
• A genuine interest in building a career in compliance and contracts, ideally within real estate
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• A proactive, curious approach and willingness to learn
