Compliance Manager

A leading national company in the Retail Health industry is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our corporate compliance framework and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance standards across the organization.

This role will play a key part in promoting a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's compliance framework

Establish and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures

Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal compliance reviews

Monitor adherence to applicable regulations and company policies

Lead internal compliance investigations and recommend corrective actions

Provide compliance awareness and training programs across the organization

Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

610 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or Corporate Governance

Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance frameworks

Professional certifications such as CCEP, CAMS, or similar are highly desirable

Location: Jeddah

Candidates with experience in developing and implementing compliance programs within large organizations will be highly preferred.
