Job Description
Purpose
Placed under the supervision of Group Chief Compliance Officer, the compliance manager will assist in tasks, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, initiative and responsiveness. You will work along with our two divisions, IDEMIA Secure Transactions and IDEMIA Public Security.
Key Missions
- Updating, maintaining and coordinating the implementation of the organization's compliance program
- Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices and reporting to management concerning the organization's compliance with laws and regulations
- Creating and updating policies and procedures that align with relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards in coordination with the divisions.
- Collaborating with various departments, legal counsel, and external agencies on compliance matters
- Documenting Compliance activities by maintaining records of compliance activities, audits, and training session.
- Assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with non-compliance
- Continuously monitoring operations and processes in coordination with the divisions to ensure ongoing compliance
- Suggesting and implementing changes to policies, procedures, or systems to address identified compliance issues
- Assist with external inquiries or audits
- Coordinating the conduct of regular audits by the divisions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Education and Experience
- Master in business administration, law, compliance
- 5 years of experience in a compliance / audit role or similar
